Can it copy trades from a MT4 to a MT5 hedge account?: Yes
Can it copy the target price and stop loss?: Yes
Can it show trades as placed manually?: Yes
How to setup so that each account has a different IP address?: Use Proxy services (Only for Standard/Pro Version*), see PDF guide for more info
How fast to complete 200 logins?: Under 60 seconds (avg. ping was 175ms). One of the clients reported 30 seconds (his avg. ping was 70ms)
How fast to copy 200 trades from master to 8 followers?: 50 seconds
What are the minimum hardware requirements?: 2GB RAM and a dual-core CPU or better
What are the average hardware requirements?: 4GB RAM and a quad-core CPU or better
What are the OS minimum requirements?: Windows Server 2012+ (For cTrader: Server 2016+) / Windows 10 / Windows 11
Which VPS is best?: I cannot recommend, it depends on your broker's location

How to pay for Mirror Trading Manager software?: Contact Anton
What is "Broker IP Address per account"?: You can select more than one broker IP Address. For example: You have selected three different broker IP Addresses that are 'connection' passed. Of course each connection will have different ping in ms. When 1st IP disconnects or fails Mirror will re-login 2nd IP Address automatically. It designed to keep the connection = connected. I am hoping that it will help to keep up with connection alive. Rather than disconnected for a while / maybe broker has changed their server IP Address. 2nd connection is like a fail-safe / backup.
